MagdeleineMake great efforts to live your life of prayer. If you don’t, you risk living by fantasy and caprice. And that would compromise the very idea of “leaven in the dough” (cf. Lk 13:21; Gal 5:9).

    20* And again he said, “To what shall I compare the kingdom of God? 21 It is like leaven which a woman took and hid in three measures of flour, till it was all leavened.” 22* -Luke chp 13

    9* A little leaven leavens the whole lump. Galatians chp 5

    That which makes the bread rise, the ingredient providing expansion and fulfillment. I find mass, receiving the Eucharist, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, and the Rosary also daily essentials. The fantasy and caprice I tried. It only makes one weary.
