I don’t know where I ever picked up these words:

I love you, Jesus, in your angels and in your saints.

But they are very good at focusing as an “arrow prayer” on the road in the world. Very short words that speak of the unity of the Church of heaven and Church on persecuted pilgrimage here below: one Church of which we are all a part through Jesus.

Courage! We’re not alone in love.

Please pray for me I am coming off Xanax withdraws and it horrible. I’m an alcoholic,but off of it now.In the last six months I have got a DUI,lost my job that I worked for for almost five years,and have had indescribable withdraws from alcohol and Xanax.I have been saved before and I love GOD and INeed him,so please pray that I will stay off of this for ever and that GOD will restore my mind and my health.thanks for your prayers I appreciate it deeply

“I don’t know where I ever picked up these words”
I think they come from the last praise of the short litany we recite following the Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament I heard often in my childhood and some rare times in more recent years : “Blessed be God in His Angels and in His Saints” (“Béni soit Dieu dans ses anges et dans ses saints”). I found they are called in English “Divine Praises”. In French we say “Salut (et bénédiction) du Saint-Sacrement”.   Thanks! It’s been a while since I’ve heard the Divine Praises in English! Maybe my mind has simply transformed “Blessed be God…” into “I love you, Jesus…” I don’t know why my head would do this, but I like it.
