More and More a Simple Gaze

Reginald Garrigou-LagrangeIn acts of prayer, it is not necessary to reason much, because the simple act of theological faith is superior to reasoning. It becomes more and more a simple gaze which ought to be accompanied by admiration and love.

Nice. My approach to Eucharistic adoration, starting with the questions who am I and who are You Lord?, while abandoning answers, reposing into faith, ‘a simple gaze’.
