What Jesus prefers above all are the roses of suffering… At times of suffering, of whatever nature, you must remain always joyful. Should it happen that you shed tears, that is not important. On the contrary, if, possessing a beautiful flower, you were to make it lose its freshness, little Jesus would certainly reject it… If you love Jesus in peace and joy, the flowers that you will gather for him will sparkle by their beauty and their freshness.
