How can our contact with people and the love that we have towards them contribute towards our prayer?

First of all, because we perhaps come back from our life among people more detached, more humble, less egotistical… Our powerlessness and inability to relieve the moral miseries that we see and to remedy the evil of sin, that powerlessness will throw us with more strength into our prayer, not … towards a solution of ease, but because we will have better measured the importance of our duty.
